Rally Traders – enquiries open for 2025
The WSRA Steam and Vintage Rally is a great place to trade. We have around 8000 visitors each year who come for a great day out. They will all come with full wallets looking for interesting artefacts, souvenirs and of course refreshments. Local Produce is of special interest. Enquire now.
How to trade at the Rally
Trading at the rally is divided into sections to ensure that we achieve a good variety of service and interest. Each section has a marshal to ensure a good overall spread of interest for our visitors.
The trading sections for the 2025 Steam and Vintage Rally are:
- Refreshments (mobile on the field)
- Arts and crafts (in marquee)
- Artisan food and drink (in food hall)
- Children’s entertainment
- General entertainment
- Other trading eg clothes, artefacts, gardening etc

Traders must demonstrate adequate and appropriate insurance including public liability insurance.
The details.
The WSRA Steam and Vintage Rally in Norton Fitzwarren, Taunton, is open to the public from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
General traders are located on the main field, where most visitors gather.
The dedicated craft marquee has a good variety of arts and crafts. The food hall is where you can find many local artisan food producers.
A thriving Market Village is available for traders who want to bring their own gazebos.
With approximately 1500 exhibitors camping on-site, refreshment traders are requested to be open early morning and late evening.
The bar remains open into the evenings with live music, making for a lively atmosphere.
All traders must have adequate and appropriate insurance including Public Liability insurance and risk assessments in place.
Food traders will also need to have a hygiene rating.
To ensure safety, vehicles will not be allowed to moved after 9:30 am until 5:30 pm each day unless authorised by a marshal.
