How to become an exhibitor
Each section of the Rally has its own volunteer marshal responsible for selecting a good variety of exhibits for their section.
The sections for the Steam and Vintage Rally are:
- Tractors
- Miniature Steam
- Working Section
- Models
- Commercials
- Military
- Steam and Traction Engines
- Stationary Engines
- Cars
- Landrovers
- Motorcycles
- Vintage Caravans
If you have a potential exhibit for one of these sections or even something a bit different, please get in touch by completing the form, and the relevant marshal will contact you as soon as possible.
Vehicle exhibitors are reminded that it is a condition of acceptance and entry that they must be in possession of a valid Driving License and have the appropriate Insurance Certificate including Public Liability insurance for rally use.
Limited camping facilities are available for exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to terms and conditions.
Each exhibitor has free entry for 2 adults and up to 2 children under 16.
