Terms and conditions for online tickets
|1||Tickets are non-refundable. No refunds will be given once tickets are issued. The Association cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. The Association reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.|
|2||In the unlikely event of the Rally being cancelled, refunds of ticket price only at discretion of the Assocation's Rally Committee.|
|3||The management reserves the right to refuse admission. The management may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.|
|4||If a ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Association it may be voided and the holder may be refused access to the Rally site.|
|5||Age ranges for tickets as follows:
"Adult" - aged 18 to 64 years inclusive.
"Senior Citizen" - aged 65 years or more.
|6||Up to four children - aged 0 to 17 years inclusive admitted free if accompanied by a adult or senior citizen ticket holder.|
|7||If the Rally is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled event, equivalent to the face value of the ticket.|
|8||All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.|
|9||The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes and safety announcements whilst on the Rally site.|
|10||Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the Association to deny access to the Rally site.|
|11||Advance ticket holders may attend both days of the Rally at no extra cost (providing still wearing an intact and valid wristband).|
|12||The online ticket process will be available from late Spring 2019 until 10am on 26 July 2019. Any online transactions after 10am on 26 July 2019 may not be processed. Purchasers are required to print a paper copy of their online ticket and to bring the paper copy to the Rally Gate for validation.|
